Recession/Austerity means that everyone must work harder. M&S latest figures are good because they have upped their game. No slacking - despite mumsey fashion, they know who their middle class market are and they have built such a relationship that customers are almost partners k shapping strategy, product mix.
It is in such hard times that I cannot understand lazy retailers that let staff hang merchandise without ironing. Product in this shop is OK - some basics that could be tempting’ however presentation is awful. I’m depressed and going to spend my money elsewhere.
